Dolphin Bay House has recently been completely and lovingly transformed by renovating with environmentally sustainable (Green) materials throughout, making it an even more beautiful, comfortable and special place to be! The wood for the new wood floors, trim and cabinets is from a non-native, invasive tree species growing on the island that was specially milled for Dolphin Bay House. Bamboo, a sustainable crop, was also used. For the kitchen and bathroom floors upstairs, Marmoleum, made of linseed oil, sawdust and flax (like old fashioned linoleum) was installed. When possible, sound recycled building materials were used. Insulation and more vents and windows were added for more effective, passive cooling of the house. Use of low ‘VOC’ paints make a more pleasant environment for all.

Dolphin Bay House is ready for your vacation pleasure with 3 spacious bedrooms, each with attached bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes all new cabinets, countertops and appliances, (EnergyStar rated, fabricated with renewable/recycled materials & resources). The expanded living room, dining room and lanai provides for lots of Hawaiian style relaxation. For additional privacy, 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor, and one on the first floor.
